If this is your first step, this is the step. Our fellowships are the easiest way to meet the brotherhood. Come as you are. Bring a friend, a son, or a coworker. Eat. Listen. Speak when you're ready.

If you're ready for more than a gathering, the cohort is your next step. This is where formation happens in community — a committed group of men walking through a structured series together for a defined season. Cohorts are application-based to keep the group tight and the work real.

Some men are being formed. Others are being asked to form. If God has given you a life worth passing on, MOP needs you. Mentors walk alongside younger men in cohort settings. Partners support the work financially, prayerfully, or through their networks and expertise.
Churches, ministries, and organizations are also welcome to partner with us. If your people need what we do, we will come to you.
